An evening out
that will live long in the memory

Music in Lanark’s base is The Institute, New Lanark, ML11 9DB. This historic building is in the World Heritage Village where the social philanthropist Robert Owen put into practice his theories for social care and education.

The majority of our concerts will take place here but other venues around Lanark may sometimes be more appropriate to the music being performed.

Where possible, concerts will be accompanied by art  exhibitions and other events.  There will always be a bar for drinks before and during performances.
